                                            Dresssing
                                            1/4 cup brazil nuts
                                            2 tablespoons lemon juice
                                            1 - 2  tablespoon tahini
                                            1 clove garlic, crushed
                                            1 soft date, pitted (can omit)
                                            1/4 teaspoon onion powder
                                            1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
                                            1/2 teaspoon Himalayan or Celtic Salt

                                            2 tablespoons olive oil

                                            Salad
                                            2 - 3 bunches kale, de-stemmed
                                            1 tomato, diced or cherry tomatoes halved
                                            handful of soaked raisins


                                            1. Combine ingredients for dressing in a blender and puree, using a small amount of water as necessary to achieve preferred consistency.
                                            2. Cut the kale into thin strips and massage dressing and kale to soften. 
                                            3. Toss with remaining ingredients and serve.
