Background: Lou Ann is energized and committed. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, was a two-sport collegiate athlete, three-sport coach, teacher, NCAA collegiate basketball official and personal trainer. Lou Ann channels her passion to empower, inspire and support others to live their life on purpose and bring heart and soul into their lives
