Mission: To actively listen and hold space for people to connect to their own internal wisdom to create, integrate and evolve their heart path in all aspects of their life.
Approach: Facilitate the inherent ability of people to find their own truth. Listen and ask
deep questions to get to the heart of what people desire in life and support them in their next steps toward expressing wholeness.
Focus: Specialize in helping people get to the heart of the matter. People notice truth within which literally sets them free.
Background: Lou Ann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, was a two-sport collegiate athlete, three-sport coach, teacher, NCAA collegiate basketball official and personal trainer. Lou Ann embodies awareness and uses inquiry, insight and presence to support others to bring heart and soul to life.
