Heart Path Dream Coaching
Dreaming is Necessary to Thrive
Dreams keep us engaged and plugged into our life, work, family, friends and community. Dreams are the connection of our life force energy allowing us to thrive.
Dreams are a cherished idea, aspiration or ideal. It’s something we want to accomplish. Dreaming puts us in touch with our next step or several steps along our development to reach our potential and be the best we can be. These are wide awake dreams!
There are many well known statements from effective leaders but few engender the amount of empowerment as “I have a dream” by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Where there is no vision the people perish (Prov 28:19). When we stop dreaming we disengage with life. Disengaging allows separation to occur on many levels all of which can become a downward spiral toward additional “dis’s” in our lives. Discontent, disgust, disparage, disrespect disbelief, disillusioned, disheartened, and disease are examples of the deterioration that can occur from disengagement with life.
On the other hand, dreams allow us to experiencing all life has to offer. When we are moving forward and doing what we want we have a sense of purpose and joy that gives us renewed zest for life. Dreaming is the first step to bring what we want into reality.
Dream Coaching takes these concepts and applies them to individuals, groups and companies to help people thrive and become even more productive. Companies who invest in dream coaching for their employees see higher productivity, ownership and team participation.
Dream Coaching is a vital aspect of Business Coaching to ensure people are engaged with life and work.
