"Community means wholeness~A place or state of mind where each of us hold the safety, health, and well-being of the entire neighborhood at heart. Community is a place where children laugh and play in the tall field grass; where every neighbor has a vegetable and flower garden; where trees are the rule, and butterflies, june bugs, lady bugs, and earth babies abound. It is about accountability and responsibility~where every child belongs to each of us, and is therefore responsible for good behavior.
